TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your order must be picked up ON TIME. By placing your order you understand and agree to She Got Sweets terms and conditions.
PICK UP
You or whom you choose to collect the product/s on your behalf is responsible for providing a suitable environment and responsible for moving the product with due precautions to maintain its quality and preservation. A waiver will be given to sign understanding these terms and conditions at the time of pick up.
LIABILITY
Once your product leaves the premises, the product becomes
your responsibility, or whom you send on your behalf. At that time we are not liable for any damages done to your order.
SATISFACTION
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you or whom you send on your behalf agree to bring the matter to She Got Sweets attention at the time of pick up, BEFORE leaving the premises. Once the order has left the premises we cannot help you solve any issues -all sales are final.
CANCELLATION
She Got Sweets value your business and we ask that you kindly respect ours. Any and all cancelations must be done in 24 hours. All sales are final after 24 hours!
An invoice will be sent via email and or text for any and all cancellations done AFTER the 24 hours for 50% of your order/s total price. By placing your order you understand and agree to the terms of this policy.
NO SHOW PICK UPS
All orders must be picked up at the agreed upon time. She Got Sweets has the right to deny you service in the future if any orders are not picked up by you or whom you send on your behalf. You are responsible for communicating with She Got Sweets should you encounter any issues that would prevent you from picking up your order. By placing your order you understand and agree to the terms of this policy.
RETURN POLICY
All sales at She Got Sweets are final. No exceptions!
If you are unhappy with your order at the time of pick up, you or whom you sent on your behalf, must bring the matter to She Got Sweets attention BEFORE leaving the premises.
